I need a solution other than fixing a capacitor for phase shift,changing winding or fixing a 1 ph to 3 ph converter

If you are looking to keep the full output power/torque of the motor, I don’t think you have much choice other than a single phase to three phase convertor (static or rotary). I think anything else you can try will reduce the output/torque.
