There are a million things, but I guess whatever you chose should be something you are interested in and which you think you can do a good project on.
You asked earlier questions on CTs, so maybe something on these – modeling of transient stability maybe.
It’s really difficult to suggest thing as the choice is quite personal. Just keep in mind that whatever you choose you need to finish it - so make sure you have a plan, know what you are going to do and can see yourself completing the project before committing.
