What is the maximum current I can pass through the copper wire 1meter, 1mm dia?

For example, in 1m Copper wire, the diameter is 1mm, what is the current I can pass through the same wire, without heating in room temperature (25 degree C)?

I would say zero amps.

As you pass current through a wire it generates losses. These loses become heat and cause the temperature of the wire to rise. This heat then dissipates into the surrounding environment. As soon as you add current you add losses, which will cause the temperature of the wire to rise above ambient.

To explain a little more - the rate at which heat is dissipated depends on the temperature difference between the wire and the surrounding. The bigger the temperature difference the greater the heat dissipation. For a given current in the wire, there will be a temperature difference (temperature of the wire) at which the heat added by losses equals the heat dissipated into the surrounding.
