Aluminium Bus Bars in LV Switchboards

Could you please let me know the good engineering practice to be followed while terminating Aluminium Bus Bars on LV Switchgears like ACBs, MCCBs, SFUs ?

Assuming you are terminating onto copper connections, you should use some form of bi-metallic connection. Otherwise I would say pretty much the same as for copper busbar.

The manufacturer's installation instructions should provide detailed requirements.
