Recloser

Hi to everyone, I really need a help. Can someone explain me things about reclosers:

1) For reclosers exist two types of curves (slow and fast) and modern electronic reclosers have both characteristics for earth fault and phase fault so basically modern reclosers have 4 operating curves. Is that correct?

 2) Is recloser integrated device of relay parts and switch in one device?

3) How should we adjust recloser and coordinate them with other protective devices?

If you can suggest me some book, I would be very greatfull.

In example I am giving you a picture for adjusting one of reclosers, basically other ones are the same thing.
