how can we identify that up to this much Amps 1 pole mcb can handle and 2 pole mcb can handle.

please advice some basic study case for electrical .

and breakers am poor in electrical

Usually the amount of amps a breaker can handle at a certain voltage is rated on the circuit breaker or on the side.

If the breaker is in a bad condition or old and you cannot find the details on the breaker you should not use it. You also have to consider the KA rating of the breaker before you install it.
