Document and reference definition

Hello. My name is Igor. I have some problems with understanding document defination and object defenation. I must do circuit diagram of wet silo with main electrical cabinet and control panel. Electrical cabinet is in electrical room and control panel is in outdoor. I have give the name document defenation =WetSilo&FS. Can I use it for cross referense of page? How a can named object or reference designation? For examle electrical cabinet =E+F-A00-A10 where is =E 110kW, +F electrical cabinet (IEC 81346-2 table 1 F - Including systems and equipment for protective purposes), -A00 main elecctrical cabinet, -A10 PLC. And control panel =N+F-A30?
