    It's a great concept, but one of the problems is that everyone has to understand the technology to make the best of it - and until there is a common standard that everyone uses, its not going to happen.

    It's a bit of a chicken and egg scenario, so I suspect it will be one of the big software manufacturers like Microsoft or Apple who will have the marketing funds to make the definitive meeting room software system. However, I'd love to see a new player in the market!
